EstiDraft (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the EstiDraft platform at estidraft.com, a SaaS tool for residential construction cost estimation. Questions about this policy can be directed to bart@estidraft.com.

• Account data: name, email address, and authentication details provided during sign-up via Auth0.
• Project data: construction project details, floor plans, and estimation inputs you enter into the platform.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, and timestamps — collected to improve the service.
• Contact form submissions: name, email, and message content when you contact us.

• To provide, maintain, and improve the EstiDraft platform.
• To send transactional emails (estimation results, invitation links, account notifications).
• To respond to support inquiries submitted via the contact form.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Your data is stored on secure servers. We use industry-standard measures including HTTPS encryption in transit and access controls. Authentication is handled by Auth0. While we take reasonable precautions, no system is completely secure.

We use the following third-party services to operate EstiDraft:

• Auth0 — user authentication
• Brevo (Sendinblue) — transactional email delivery

Each service has its own privacy policy. We share only the minimum data necessary to provide our service.

We use session cookies necessary for authentication and platform functionality. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your data.
• Export your project data.
• Close your account at any time.

We retain your account and project data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of EstiDraft after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
