By accessing or using EstiDraft (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid plan subscribers.

EstiDraft is a SaaS platform that provides residential construction cost estimation tools. Estimates are generated using cost indices, regional data, and user-provided project specifications. All estimates are for informational and planning purposes only.

Construction cost estimates produced by EstiDraft are approximate figures based on regional data and typical construction costs. They do not constitute a bid, quote, or guarantee of actual construction costs. Actual costs may vary significantly depending on contractor pricing, site conditions, material availability, and other factors. EstiDraft is not liable for any financial decisions made based on estimates produced by the platform.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You may not share your account with others or use the Service to provide access to third parties outside your organization without upgrading to an appropriate plan.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

You may use EstiDraft solely for lawful purposes in connection with residential construction cost estimation. You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract data or algorithms from the platform.
• Use the Service to compete with EstiDraft or resell access without authorization.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Upload malicious content or interfere with the Service's operation.

Paid plans are billed on a monthly basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods, except where required by law or covered by our 14-day money-back guarantee on initial subscriptions.

The EstiDraft platform, including its estimation engine, algorithms, UI, and content, is the intellectual property of EstiDraft. You retain ownership of the project data you input. By using the Service, you grant EstiDraft a limited license to process your data to provide the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EstiDraft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to financial losses arising from reliance on cost estimates. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration or in the courts of the jurisdiction where EstiDraft operates.
